There are a lot of wonderful things to say about Felicity and how great she was when she helped me buy my first home. I was very naive in terms of purchasing my home and Felicity was extremely understanding and went through the entire process with me and explained every little step along the way. If I was confused late at night looking over documents, she would respond, if I was at work in the early hours of the morning she would respond. The commitment she made to me and followed through with is beyond words. My home had over 15 offers on it and with her attentiveness and experience, I was able to close on my home even with offers exceeding mine. I was recommended to her by a coworker and I am so grateful I reached out to her to help me I would love if others had the same opportunity as well, so don’t let her pass you by! 11/10 in how happy I am!

Buying a house with Felicity's help was an outstanding experience! Felicity helped us buy our home in Albuquerque while we were still out of state and searching long distance. She set up an account for us to look at homes online and did an excellent job tailoring the search criteria to what we were looking for (and updated it as our criteria changed). When we found several houses that we were interested in, she accommodated our schedule and was incredibly helpful when coordinating dates to show the homes (we took 2 trips out, and both were informative and professionally done). As we considered homes, Felicity was more than willing to call and talk with us about each home and offer information, and pros/cons in an unbiased manner. When we finally did choose our home, she did an excellent job facilitating the transaction and kept us informed every step of the way (without us ever asking her to!). Even after we moved in, Felicity recommended some restaurants we should try, and reminded us that we could always contact her if we needed anything. Do you want a Realtor that will help you find the property you want? Felicity is definitely THAT Realtor in my opinion! We contacted Felicity from out of state and let her know that we would be relocating to Albuquerque in a few weeks. She questioned us about the types of properties we were interested in. So when we got here I expected to meet a 'typical' Realtor. Felicity was not that at all she was patient and honest and never once tried to sell us on a property. She would show us what we wanted and suggested many properties herself that we did not come up with. She knows this area well and was able to guide us as to which areas have things we were interested in. She took into account my proximity to work. After the purchase of the house, she was kind enough and knowledgeable enough to set us up with the local contractors to take care of the agreed-upon fixes that every house requires. All I can say is she was so awesome. She was friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a list of local resources if we needed them. She was a great advocate and really gave us good advice, was willing to answer all our questions, and listened to our concerns ... it’s not easy being a first-time home buyer but she made it really easy the transaction went very smoothly and I cannot recommend her in a big enough way actually ...because she is just a great person who treats you like a friend buying a house.
